It’s not every day that we get to showcase a watch as special as this. This is the first James Bond limited edition Seamaster that started it all. Of all the Seamaster limited editions associated with the bond films this is considered the first and the original with only 10007 pieces made worldwide commemorating 40 years of Bond. When they were first released in 2002 who knows how many have survived to be in as nice condition with all the trimmings like this one has. The main difference between this watch and the standard version is the case back which has a gun barrel spiral design. Also, instead of the usual wave pattern dial it is peppered with 007 logos that only appear in certain angles and lighting conditions. Also noteworthy is the luminous markers, on the normal version they are painted onto the dial where as on this they sit in a chromed chapter ring and are applied. This give it a much more finished and defined look. This one comes with everything as it came when bought from an AD in 2002 and has just been serviced by a reputable WOSTEP trained watchmaker in Perth. Invoice included.
