I recently purchased a Panerai PAM 111 from The Watch Collector and I would like to thank Michael for his excellent service. Being new to the collector watch market, Michael very patiently explained and allowed me to view the different watches they had to offer. After listening to me, he recommended the PAM 111, even though this was not the most expensive watch I was admiring. After purchasing the watch and leaving the show room, when most stores / showrooms would view the sale as complete, Michael quickly responded to my emailed questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Unfortunately within 2 weeks of wearing the watch, it exhibited a fault. Without hesitancy, Michael offered to fix the watch as soon as possible, and to provide me with a watch to wear whilst mine was at the watchmaker. Within a few days the watch was returned, completely repaired and beautifully polished. I was very impressed with his service and would not hesitate to recommend his services and watches. I look forward to visiting their showroom again to add to my collection, or perhaps to upgrade the PAM 111 (if I have fallen out of love with it by then).
