This watch is relatively rare and is an interesting one. Its basically the 2531.80 but with the newer 2500 co-axial movement. It was released along with a blue dial version in 2006 along side the release of Daniel Craig s first bond film   Casino Royale .In the movie bond wears a blue version, it had updated red  seamaster” text on the dial and the omega logo was now an applied plaque and the lume markers were housed in a white gold ring. The skeleton hour and minute hands were made longer than the original as well. Then a few months after the release of the film the black version was offered. As a result very little people bought the black version because of its delayed release and also as bond wore the blue in the movie. As a result, today it s a much rarer watch and because of the black dial is a direct competitor to the rolex submariner of the same era which is 2.5 times more expensive.
