It allows for perfect dial balance and legibility. The case is a bit thicker & longer than a sub, its sort of mash between a sub date and non date. Date Function from one and balanced dial from the other. If you’re in the market then this one is one of the best condition sea-dwellers you will ever see. Super sharp bevelled edges in the lugs as it did when it first came off the production line. It’s not the obvious choice but because its a little less common it makes it a little bit more special.
