          EXPLORER 2 RESTORATION BEFORE & AFTER

In the restoration of this explorer 2 we de- cased the whole watch and added metal to the heavily damaged areas. this allows us to remove minimal material as possible. Notice the lugs, they are Thick Boxy and Beveled.the graining is identical to the watch when it was factory new. In our labs we utilise the same cutting edge machinery and techniques as used in the manufacturer of your watch. This allows us to keep all the angles original and in proportion. when these expertise are not used they can distort and round the sharp angles in a watch.

The bezel on this watch has a unique sunburst finish, notice how we have brought back the super sharp bevelled edge, and the unique sunburst pattern.Without the original machinery and expertise, the cosmetic appeal of its angles can be lost forever. At our labs we can bring any watch back to its original factory condition.
