Highly Collectable 70’s Daytona
Just Serviced By Rolex Australia
Unbelievable Condition, All Original.
Lets face it. Not every day to we get a piece as rare and collectable as this one. We are proud to present to you the Rolex Daytona 6265 from 1970, the first Daytona to come with screw down pushers as still seen today. This one is extra special, it has what’s called a sigma dial. These were made using solid gold markers. To the untrained eye it looks like any other however there is a discrete “0” next to the T at the bottom 6o’clock of the dial. Sigma dials were peppered throughout 1965-1975 and are rarely seen. This piece features the precision accurate Valjoux 727 movement subsequently just serviced by Rolex and covered by their full 2 year Warranty. Everything on the watch you see is original, the bracelet, dial, crown and pushers are as it came out of the factory the day it was born. The Lugs on this watch are incredible. Super thick and perfectly beveled.
A sound investment on one of the best Daytona’s you will ever see.
